Welcome to Day One Fitness

Mission: To help you begin your fitness journey by changing the phrase "one day" to DAY ONE!

Vision: That our group truly embrace a team spirit attitude. We do not compete with each other,
we cheer each other across the finish line!

Values: We create the best version of our physical selves by honoring our bodies with movement
and nutrition, recognizing that some days are stronger than others
and finding joy in the action, not the performance.


Day One Fitness is run by Liz Brousseau, a AFLCA certified group fitness instructor
who is passionate about coaching others on to reach their goals. With this in mind,
the courses have limited space so that each individual can receive quality instruction.
Liz Brousseau has succeeded in reaching her fitness goals after 700 days of work
and this is truly the motivation behind Day One fitness. Liz understands that changing your
lifestyle is a journey with ups and downs ... you deserve a helping hand!
